- Resolve complex technical problems and design custom solutions
- Design scalable and efficient systems for data processing
- Evaluate architectural trade-offs for business needs
- Act as a technical leader and mentor for data scientists and engineers
- Refine problem-solving tools and technical documentation
- Collaborate with Product Management and Backend Engineering on roadmaps
- Contribute hands-on by developing model components and conducting analysis
