- Hold the project team accountable for high-quality deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Manage implementation partners and stakeholder communication
- Understand client processes and pain points to map them into ML problems
- Conceptualize user-centric ML solutions with validated business value
- Own and manage roadmaps and backlogs for implementation projects
- Identify, document, and manage requirements throughout the ML project
- Formulate and test acceptance criteria for high-quality deliverables
- Support clients with AI adoption from ideation to production roll-out
- Analyze client business to uncover problems and enable data-driven decisions
- Create wireframes and prototypes using state-of-the-art tools
- Sketch solution architectures focused on value creation for clients
- Shape internal processes and offerings with a focus on delivery excellence
- Take ownership of specific topics, tools, or processes
- Represent the Merantix brand externally
