Requirements

Tasks

  • Manage SSBI’s liquidity and funding position
  • Oversee liquidity metrics and limit management
  • Ensure linkage between business activities and liquidity risk
  • Lead liquidity stress testing and methodology design
  • Integrate stress testing outputs into ILAAP, IFP, CFP, and RRP
  • Own and update SSBI’s Internal Funding Plan and Contingency Funding Plan
  • Maintain SSBI’s ICOT process and collateral mobilization
  • Align collateral strategy with liquidity buffers and stress assumptions
  • Provide senior leadership within SSBI GLM
  • Represent SSBI in liquidity-related governance forums
  • Liaise with Corporate GLM for alignment with Group frameworks
  • Coordinate with Risk Management, Corporate Audit, Finance, Technology, and Operations
  • Engage with liquidity-related supervisory bodies
  • Prepare regulatory materials and supervisory reports
  • Balance SSBI legal-entity accountability with Group perspective
  • Challenge and make decisions in senior forums
  • Foster collaboration across local and global teams
  • Promote high governance, transparency, and risk ownership
