Requirements

  • Deep SRE mastery in high-stakes environments
  • Hands-on expertise with SLOs, chaos engineering, observability, and automation
  • Understanding of resilience architecture
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to hire, mentor, and guide engineers
  • Understanding of the investment industry
  • Experience with Golang, Kubernetes, GCP, Postgres, Kafka, or Datadog

Tasks

  • Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
  • Design chaos experiments and redundancy patterns
  • Create failover strategies to validate resilience
  • Transform incident response and learning processes
  • Drive load testing and architecture reviews
  • Build tools to eliminate operational toil
  • Define antifragile architecture principles
  • Validate system behavior under synthetic load
