- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to hire, mentor, and guide engineers
- Understanding of the investment industry
- Experience with Golang, Kubernetes, GCP, Postgres, Kafka, or Datadog
Tasks
- Establish SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets
- Design chaos experiments and redundancy patterns
- Create failover strategies to validate resilience
- Transform incident response and learning processes
- Drive load testing and architecture reviews
- Build tools to eliminate operational toil
- Define antifragile architecture principles
- Validate system behavior under synthetic load
