- •Master’s degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF design or related field
- •Hands-on experience in RF component design, electromagnetic simulation, and RF characterization
- •Background in RF connector design, ideally within the automotive industry
- •Familiarity with high-speed automotive applications and protocols
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- •Proven ability to work in cross-functional, global teams
- •Fluency in English; German is a plus

- •Collaborate with mechanical and manufacturing teams

- •Own RF topics within interdisciplinary project teams
- •Partner with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers to define RF connector requirements
- •Translate requirements into product specifications
- •Plan and oversee validation testing in internal and external labs
- •Present testing results to customers
