Requirements

  • More than 5 years pricing, monetization, or revenue strategy experience
  • Deep expertise dynamic pricing, value-based pricing, segmentation, experimentation, modelling
  • Proven ownership of monetization in high-inventory, high-liquidity marketplace
  • Strong cross-functional work with Product, Data Science, Sales, Finance
  • Experience developing and scaling subscription models and add-on monetization
  • Clear track record revenue uplift, churn reduction, pricing innovation
  • Fluent German and English; European or multi-country contexts preferred
  • Strategic systems thinker connecting customer behavior, product value, revenue outcomes
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills; quantitative rigor and commercial intuition
  • Excellent communicator, able to influence C-level and drive alignment
  • Pragmatic and execution-focused: strategy into field-ready commercial actions
  • Customer-centric mindset with SME economics, agency workflows, value perception sensitivity
  • Hands-on leader: thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, tests ideas, iterates relentlessly
  • Comfortable with risk, experimentation, challenging legacy models

Tasks

  • Own Immowelt’s monetization strategy
  • Build profitable and sustainable pricing framework
  • Create holistic monetization strategy
  • Design and scale data-driven pricing models
  • Optimize pricing through experimentation and data
  • Align pricing strategy with Sales, Product, Finance, and GTM
  • Develop 12–36 month monetization roadmap
  • Oversee pricing performance KPIs
  • Develop dynamic pricing models
  • Define tiering, bundling, and value-based pricing
  • Identify and correct weak spots in portfolio
  • Evolve subscription models
  • Refine feature- and usage-based monetization
  • Own pricing governance for new business lines
  • Build scientific experimentation framework
  • Monitor customer cohorts and predict churn
  • Iterate pricing, packaging, and promotions
  • Partner with Sales leadership
  • Develop playbooks and performance dashboards
  • Collaborate with Finance on forecasting
  • Advocate for German pricing in Group councils
  • Run monthly Pricing reviews
  • Manage cross-functional OKRs
