Requirements
- •5-9 years of experience in mechanical engineering
- •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- •Proficiency in SolidWorks and experience with injection molding, blow molding, compression molding and silicone injection molding
- •Strong knowledge of DFM, DFA, GD&T, and material selection
- •Experience with PLM tools, prototyping, testing, and tooling design
- •Experience with FAI’s and quality testing

Tasks
- •Design and develop hardware products using SolidWorks
- •Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models
- •Prepare technical documentation following DFM and DFA principles
- •Conduct tolerance analysis and apply GD&T
- •Select appropriate materials for consumer products
- •Prototype and test designs using rapid prototyping techniques
- •Validate designs through testing and iteration
- •Conduct FAI and support product launch
- •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to take products from concept to mass production
