Requirements
- Minimum 8 years technology consulting experience
- Experience managing and developing services teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent and confident presenter
- Strong people and team management skills
- Willingness to learn technical concepts

- Project portfolio management for revenue
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively

- University degree or higher advantageous

Tasks
- Lead a regional team of consultants and project managers
- Provide technical and organizational leadership to the team
- Monitor performance against utilization and revenue metrics
- Implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance
- Co-define regional implementation practice strategies
- Collaborate with license sales and other internal units
- Maintain delivery standards across multiple project teams
- Facilitate team feedback to regional services leadership
- Partner with engagement leaders on forecasting and resources
- Develop star performers and manage employee satisfaction
- Ensure deep product expertise across the delivery pipeline
- Represent services leadership in strategic customer meetings
- Act as an escalation point for project stakeholders
- Contribute delivery expertise to the sales cycle
- Coordinate expert-level solution recommendations and problem resolution
