- •Provide technical and organizational leadership to the team
- •Monitor performance against utilization and revenue metrics
- •Implement strategies to enhance individual and team performance
- •Co-define regional implementation practice strategies
- •Collaborate with license sales and other internal units
- •Maintain delivery standards across multiple project teams
- •Facilitate team feedback to regional services leadership
- •Partner with engagement leaders on forecasting and resources
- •Develop star performers and manage employee satisfaction
- •Ensure deep product expertise across the delivery pipeline
- •Represent services leadership in strategic customer meetings
- •Act as an escalation point for project stakeholders
- •Contribute delivery expertise to the sales cycle
- •Coordinate expert-level solution recommendations and problem resolution
