Tasks
- Manage daily HR operations for Switzerland and Germany
- Support full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, benefits, absences, and offboarding
- Serve as trusted contact for employees and managers on HR matters
- Collaborate with HR Operations team on process improvements and Workday projects
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal processes
- Support end-to-end recruiting activities for assigned locations
