Requirements
- •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance/accounting
- •At least 5 years of experience in accounting
- •Good professional knowledge of accounting and tax rules
- •Extensive experience with accounting systems and Excel
- •Experience with Sage
- •Experience in leading people
- •Enjoyment of coaching people
- •Very good German
- •Fluent in spoken and written English
- •Interest in lean operations and process optimization
- •Experience in a large company with modern processes
- •Experience with auditing
- •Prior experience with direct reports
- •Experience from regulated industry (pharma/medtech/OTC)
