- Create presentations and reports
- Assist with due diligence activities
- Conduct property inspections
- Perform environmental assessments
- Support real estate audits
- Provide negotiation support with property owners
- Support negotiations with tenants and stakeholders
- Maintain database of properties under consideration
- Manage properties under management
