  • •Confidence in supporting audits and compliance
  • •Structured approach to governance, training, and reporting
  • •Strong background in Quality and EHS management systems
  • •Basic knowledge of Veeva and MS Office
  • •Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • •Effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • •Fluency in English
  • •Additional language skills as an advantage
  • •Potential for international assignments

Tasks

  • •Support the development and improvement of the QEHS management system
  • •Advise on Quality and EHS matters within the global supply chain
  • •Assist in internal and external audits (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, ISO 45001)
  • •Participate in running the Quality & EHS network
  • •Reinforce governance structures for Quality & EHS
  • •Develop, conduct, and track Quality & EHS training
  • •Act as the local process owner for Quality & EHS
  • •Lead Quality & EHS projects
  • •Support operational initiatives from a quality perspective
  • •Create KPI reports related to Quality & EHS
  • •Oversee incoming goods inspections of CM-products
