Requirements
- Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations
- Experience maintaining accurate payroll records and calculations
- Familiarity with payroll software systems and Excel spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders
- Professional English language knowledge
Tasks
- Calculate and process periodic payrolls
- Deduct taxes, social security, and benefits
- Maintain payroll records
- Reconcile payroll accounts
- Generate payroll reports for stakeholders
- Respond to employee inquiries about HR procedures
- Answer questions about payslips and deductions
- Address payroll-related issues
- Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements
- Support audits and year-end processes
- Participate in payroll-related projects
- Contribute to process improvements
- Collaborate with internal HR teams
- Resolve employee queries and issues timely
- Maintain professional communication with employees
