Requirements

  • Knowledge of payroll processing and regulations
  • Experience maintaining accurate payroll records and calculations
  • Familiarity with payroll software systems and Excel spreadsheets
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in payroll calculations
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders
  • Professional English language knowledge

Tasks

  • Calculate and process periodic payrolls
  • Deduct taxes, social security, and benefits
  • Maintain payroll records
  • Reconcile payroll accounts
  • Generate payroll reports for stakeholders
  • Respond to employee inquiries about HR procedures
  • Answer questions about payslips and deductions
  • Address payroll-related issues
  • Ensure payroll compliance with statutory requirements
  • Support audits and year-end processes
  • Participate in payroll-related projects
  • Contribute to process improvements
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams
  • Resolve employee queries and issues timely
  • Maintain professional communication with employees
