Requirements
- •Completed commercial education with a focus on human resources or payroll
- •Several years of experience in (international) payroll
- •In-depth knowledge of (international) labor law, social security law, and tax law
- •Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
- •Good command of English, confident communication
- •Keen to continue professional development in payroll
- •Strong communication skills, open, friendly, and helpful
- •High level of service orientation and service mindset
- •Team player, structured work style, ability to maintain overview in complex tasks

Tasks
- •Prepare payroll for locations in Germany, France, Italy, Poland, Sweden, the UK, the Netherlands, and Belgium
- •Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll processes
- •Manage reliable personnel administration and services
- •Assist employees with payroll, social security, and tax inquiries
- •Create and analyze KPIs and personnel-related evaluations
- •Support management with personnel evaluations
- •Contribute to the development of compensation and benefits strategies
- •Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines
- •Optimize existing processes in collaboration with other departments
- •Maintain data in the Deel system for efficient data management
- •Assist with audits and external reviews by providing necessary documents
