Requirements

Tasks

  • •Monitor fiat and crypto transactions for suspicious activity
  • •Determine and execute appropriate risk mitigation strategies
  • •Analyze blockchain data to generate actionable risk insights
  • •Provide professional customer support via email and live chat
  • •Collaborate with internal teams on escalated cases
  • •Ensure strict adherence to service level agreements
  • •Contribute to continuous operational improvements
  • •Compile insights on emerging fraud trends for senior members
  • •Assist with relevant operational and risk reporting
