- Plan and allocate assortments based on channel performance and sales targets
- Contribute to new assortment strategy development for the online shop
- Track weekly performance, including sell-out and stock levels
- Define actionable recommendations based on performance tracking
- Forecast demand in collaboration with B2C channels
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across omnichannel platforms
- Prepare reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Collaborate with E-Commerce teams and other departments
- Align Go-to-market projects, product availability, pricing, and promotions
- Support roll-outs into new regions
- Ensure merchandising standards, including stock segregation
- Align with commercial rule books
