Requirements

  • Degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
  • Experience in optoelectronic systems, ideally automotive
  • Knowledge of optics and electrical engineering
  • Knowledge of analysis and testing technology
  • Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
  • Proactive and team-oriented working style
  • Ability to manage project teams
  • Very good English and German skills

Tasks

  • Develop innovative optoelectronic lighting systems
  • Verify new components like LEDs and displays
  • Industrialize systems for global automotive projects
  • Manage requirements for customized product solutions
  • Collaborate with international development partners
  • Support product creation from pre-development to series
  • Coordinate with cross-system and cross-domain teams
  • Initiate and evaluate component reliability tests
  • Conduct basic research and pilot applications
  • Work closely with global technology suppliers
