- •Store and manage inventory via the warehouse management system
- •Execute customer orders using the management system
- •Perform shipping and packaging duties
- •Maintain warehouse and office areas for smooth operations
- •Handle phone calls and written correspondence
- •Commission freight forwarders and perform invoice audits
- •Generate detailed quality reports
- •Update customer data in the management system
- •Participate in on-call shifts outside standard opening hours
