Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5 years supply chain experience, preferably Automotive/FMCG
  • Strong understanding of automotive spare parts supply chain
  • Knowledge of workshop/body shop operations and spare parts (plus)
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and Power BI or similar
  • Customer-centric approach with full ownership and stakeholder updates
  • Strong analytical mindset with large data set ability
  • Integrity, resilience, and data-driven decision-making
  • High interpersonal skills and cross-team collaboration ability
  • Problem-solving orientation with strong attention to detail
  • Efficient work in multicultural, cross-functional environment

Tasks

  • Liaise with Regional HQ, NSCs, and Mobis Parts Europe
  • Ensure effective supply chain communication
  • Drive parts supply chain efficiency
  • Provide operational guidance for market performance
  • Ensure alignment with HQ strategies and standards
  • Support parts supply readiness for new launches
  • Coordinate planning and preparedness for launches
  • Monitor NSCs Parts & Accessories performance
  • Analyze KPIs for gaps, risks, and opportunities
  • Deliver performance reports and insights
  • Support decision-making with performance insights
  • Provide best practices and operational guidelines
  • Develop standardized frameworks for parts management
  • Strengthen parts management across markets
  • Improve sales performance across markets
  • Support the rollout of key initiatives
  • Follow up on key initiatives
  • Optimize stock replenishment
  • Drive operational excellence
