- Experience in pro-active sales (preferably parts or component business)
- Very good analytical skills and market knowledge
- Proficiency in leading MS Office tools (Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint/Teams etc.)
- High sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent, independent, goal-oriented, sustainable, structured work
- Team spirit, willpower, enjoy working with colleagues and supporting departments
Tasks
- Proactively sell spare parts
- Develop and execute sales campaigns
- Analyze and follow up on spare parts area
- Enhance customer representation through marketing
- Increase quotation closing rate
- Develop new sales strategies
- Conduct analyses to identify improvement potential
- Plan and implement customer visits
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations
- Manage monthly forecast planning
- Coordinate with counterparts in various markets
- Develop strategic partnerships
- Build a unified sales team
- Increase Spare Parts division visibility
- Maintain CRM, Salesforce, and SAP tools
- Coordinate global sales initiatives
- Drive continuous improvement
