Spare Parts Sales Leader EMEA(m/w/x)
Driving sales growth and budget for aftermarket components across EMEA, managing key accounts and a sales team. Several years of proactive sales experience and strategic P&L planning required. Frequent travel across EMEA, leading a multi-national sales team.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in comparable position
- Good strategic planning skills for P&L organization
- Strong communication skills (telephone, personal)
- Several years of experience in pro-active sales
- Very good analytical skills
- Fluent English, other EU languages advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- High sense of responsibility
- Organizational talent, independent, goal-oriented, sustainable, structured work
Tasks
- Drive Spare Parts business growth across EMEA.
- Manage key accounts.
- Manage and motivate a team of Sales Specialists and Account Managers.
- Manage the Spare Parts Order Intake budget.
- Lead forecasting and budget planning.
- Coordinate with business controllers, market leaders, and order management.
- Establish, monitor, and ensure customer satisfaction in EMEA.
- Increase the spare parts business.
- Develop new sales strategies.
- Implement sales promotion measures.
- Identify sales measures.
- Identify global sales initiatives.
- Implement continuous improvement processes to increase order intake.
- Work with Order Management to meet customer needs.

Education
- Bachelor's degreeOR
- Master's degree
