Requirements
- •Commercial or technical background with customer service experience, ideally in spare parts
- •Understanding of ERP and CRM processes, SAP knowledge is a plus
- •Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- •Ability to set priorities and stay structured
- •Enjoyment of independent work and reliable teamwork
- •Open and professional communication skills
- •Fluency in English and German
- •Motivation for customer satisfaction and entrepreneurial mindset
Work Experience
approx. 1 - 4 years
Tasks
- •Act as the primary contact for spare parts inquiries
- •Prioritize cases and document them in ERP/CRM systems
- •Prepare and proactively follow up on quotations
- •Support and drive strong closing rates
- •Manage the end-to-end spare parts order process
- •Handle order confirmations and invoicing
- •Maintain a transparent and structured case backlog
- •Communicate professional price and lead time information
- •Address technical questions from customers
- •Collaborate with the Global Spare Parts Team
- •Utilize KPIs to guide daily operations
- •Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
