  • •Investigate and resolve spacecraft and ground segment anomalies
  • •Evaluate and report on mission performance
  • •Serve as acting Spacecraft Operations Manager when delegated
  • •Develop and validate ground segment systems
  • •Maintain and evolve operational products
  • •Interface with industry partners and the user community
  • •Coordinate with external centers and agencies
  • •Provide expert support as an Operations Architect
  • •Validate space-to-ground interfaces and systems
  • •Support the preparation of new satellite missions
  • •Participate in formal mission and department reviews
