Requirements
- Master’s degree in Chemistry, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- At least five years of professional experience in sourcing, ideally in marketing, product management, supply chain, sales, R&D, or production
- In-depth knowledge of strategic sourcing, negotiation techniques, supplier management, and basic contract law
- Strong analytical and project-oriented working style

Tasks
- Develop and implement global and local sourcing strategies
- Align strategies with business objectives, cost targets, and risk management
- Ensure cost leadership through benchmarking and cost-reduction initiatives
- Maintain and improve the toller and co-producer network
- Manage supplier relationships using KPIs, scorecards, and corrective action plans
- Conduct continuous improvement initiatives
- Identify and evaluate global and local suppliers
- Qualify suppliers and conduct performance assessments
- Lead contract manufacturing projects
- Negotiate commercial terms including pricing, service levels, and lead times
- Establish long-term supplier agreements and preferred supplier lists
- Monitor market trends, commodity prices, and supply risks
- Implement appropriate mitigation measures for supply risks
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and sustainability requirements
- Support demand planning and inventory optimization
- Collaborate with planning and production teams
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation for audits and reporting
