Requirements

  • Experience building relationships over the phone
  • Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in telephone environment

  • Understand client technical and business requirements
  • Conduct business-oriented discussions with customers
  • Articulate software value and business benefits
  • Streamline complex processes
  • Implement workflows to increase efficiency
  • Provide customer feedback for product improvement
  • Provide competitive intelligence for product improvement
  • Manage and maintain an opportunity pipeline
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline information to management weekly
  • Meet and exceed monthly quotas
