Requirements
- Proven track record in business application software sales with quota overachievement
- Several years' experience in business software/IT solutions sales
- Deep understanding of HR solution market and HR business
- Demonstrated success with large transactions and challenging HR software sales
- Ability to work and lead a virtual account team with vision
- Experience driving renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription solutions
- Full working proficiency in German and Business English
- Proficiency in additional languages (plus)

- Engage customers in SAP communities
- Promote participation in SAP programs
- Encourage attendance at SAP events
- Facilitate partner ecosystem collaboration
