- Apply industry experience to guide customers to best-in-class solutions
- Provide solution-oriented and business value responses
- Deliver presentations for RFPs and RFIs
- Lead workshops and conference room pilots
- Conduct proof of concepts to enhance business processes
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams
- Support marketing activities by recording videos
- Present webinars and attend industry events
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle
