Requirements

  • •Interest in PIM and product platforms
  • •Experience with PIM systems (plus)
  • •Understanding of product data models
  • •Technical understanding of interfaces and APIs
  • •Service-oriented and solution-focused mindset
  • •Structured, analytical, and proactive style
  • •Very good communication skills
  • •Proficiency in English and German

Tasks

  • •Manage the Product Information Management platform
  • •Ensure high-quality and market-ready product data
  • •Handle PIM user and permission management
  • •Monitor data quality and provide support
  • •Develop PIM data models and workflows
  • •Create validation rules and system automations
  • •Coordinate integrations with SAP and Salesforce
  • •Support E-Labeling and AlwaysOn system connections
  • •Maintain functional PIM documentation and guidelines
  • •Advise stakeholders on efficient data processes
  • •Plan and execute international PIM rollouts
  • •Conduct user onboarding and training sessions
