- Programming skills in C#, C++, or Python
- Domain expertise in patient monitoring or medical systems
- ISTQB Advanced certification
- Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
- Influential or technical leadership experience (plus)
- Encouraged to apply if having many, but not all, experiences
Tasks
- Drive and design efficient software verification solutions
- Collaborate with global teams on test strategies and requirements
- Define and evolve tools and ways of working
- Engage in defining testable requirements
- Coach the test team in designing and performing test cases
- Define the test strategy and approach
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and processes
- Create test documentation according to processes
- Provide additional information for audits
- Manage stakeholder relationships within and beyond the team
