Requirements

  • Degree in IT, business administration, or technical environment, or equivalent training/experience
  • Excellent knowledge of modern SAP processes (MM environment and related modules)
  • Very good expertise in SAP systems and customizing processes in hybrid SAP landscape
  • Knowledge of retail processes is advantageous
  • Strong problem-solving skills, focus on continuous improvement and innovation
  • Experience in agile product teams, DevOps, continuous delivery, optimizing customer value
  • Experience supporting and coaching colleagues
  • Very good written and spoken English skills

Tasks

  • Control and customize SAP solutions
  • Support business processes with SAP S/4 HANA Retail
  • Focus on Customizing Materials Management (MM) and SAP CAR
  • Provide in-house consulting for Procure-to-Pay processes
  • Follow SAP Best Practice for materials management and master data
  • Bridge system settings and product owners at operational level
  • Define and implement integration scenarios in hybrid SAP landscape
  • Use modern integration tools like SAP PI/PO, SAP HANA Cloud Integration
  • Coach colleagues in solving technical problems
  • Enhance methodological skills and competencies of team members
