Description

In this role, you will collaborate with a team of engineers to design and develop high-fidelity sensor simulations, ensuring they meet specific training needs while coordinating with various teams and suppliers to achieve project goals.

Requirements

• •Degree in computer science or engineering
• •Experience across entire software engineering lifecycle for complex systems
• •Sound knowledge of SW design and architecture for distributed systems
• •Knowledge of SW development and interface definitions (C, C++, ADA 95, Python)
• •Knowledge of V-model based SW development process
• •Knowledge of systems engineering (incl. tools such as DOORS)
• •Knowledge of system integration processes
• •Experience regarding sensors, simulation or aircraft systems
• •IT literacy (MS Office applications)
• •Good language skills in English, both written and spoken
• •Competence to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
• •Ability to respond to changes in activities and priorities
• •Good communication skills in a multi-cultural environment
• •Experience in alignment with and coordination of various stakeholders
• •Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to integrity

Tasks

• •Design and assess sensor simulation solutions
• •Develop and evaluate technical concepts for training needs
• •Define and align design solutions with teams and suppliers
• •Execute and coordinate development phases of modules
• •Ensure development goals and system functionality
• •Initiate corrective measures as needed
• •Assess and detail schedules and cost plans
• •Coordinate priorities among stakeholders
• •Provide technical support for supplier assessment and selection
