Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in backend software engineering
  • •Deep experience with Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform, and infrastructure-as-code practices
  • •Proficiency in backend development using TypeScript/Node.js, Python, or Golang
  • •Strong Linux terminal skills and container debugging experience
  • •Familiarity with CI/CD systems and pipeline optimization techniques
  • •Experience with security and compliance tooling like Snyk, Vanta, or equivalent
  • •Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS preferred)
  • •Proven ability to collaborate, mentor, and lead process improvements
  • •Observability expertise (Grafana, Sentry, Kibana) and systems-thinking mindset
  • •Comfortable making architectural decisions and owning secure, reliable infrastructure
  • •Calm under pressure and comfortable being on call for emergencies

  • •Automate and optimize engineering workflows
  • •Build internal tooling and workflows to enhance productivity
  • •Enhance CI/CD pipeline performance through caching and parallelization
  • •Implement automated security solutions for software delivery
  • •Standardize development environments using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform
  • •Improve logging and alerting with Grafana, Kibana, and Sentry
  • •Design secure and scalable automation solutions
  • •Lead platform-level architectural improvements
  • •Collaborate with SRE and Core teams
  • •Mentor junior engineers through knowledge sharing
  • •Propose and lead cross-team improvements
  • •Manage onboarding and offboarding tooling securely
  • •Engage in architecture and security discussions with customers
  • •Stay calm under pressure during incidents
  • •Make urgent decisions when necessary and be on call for emergencies
