Requirements
- •University degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or comparable field
- •Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in embedded software development
- •Strong proficiency in C and/or C++
- •Experience with Python or Java
- •Proven experience developing for embedded Linux, bare-metal, or RTOS environments
- •Experience in working on tools like DOORS, ClearCase and ClearQuest
- •Hands-on experience in software development for camera systems or image sensors
- •Experience in video processing, encoding/decoding, and streaming protocols
- •Experience in developing drivers for hardware interfaces
- •Solid understanding of safety-critical development lifecycles
- •Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and tools
- •Familiarity with Labgrid
- •Excellent communication skills in English

- •Design and develop safety-critical embedded software for aircraft systems using C and C++
- •Develop software for camera control, video processing, and data streaming in aircraft environments
- •Create low-level drivers and board support packages for embedded Linux and Real-Time Operating Systems
- •Define and document software requirements, architecture, and detailed designs based on specifications
- •Implement and execute comprehensive software test cases and procedures for reliability and compliance
- •Manage full software lifecycle documentation according to aviation standards (DO-178C)
- •Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to integrate software with hardware and solve technical challenges
- •Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tools, and team practices
