Tasks
- Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
- Build and ship highly performant and reliable AI agents
- Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC)
- Own the process from pilot through deployment and iteration
- Build, tune, and evolve AI agents in production environments
- Define best practices for the Agent Development Life Cycle
- Partner with large enterprises to address business challenges
- Collaborate with startups to embed AI agents across their business stack
- Guide the evolution of Sierra's core platform through customer feedback
- Prototype new tools and features based on unmet needs
- Design AI agents for telecommunications and media companies
- Develop AI agents for complex customer interactions
- Create generalizable AI agent frameworks for specific industries
- Facilitate design partnerships for new product initiatives
- Experiment with voice models for enterprise-grade integration
