Software Developer - Red Giant(m/w/x)

As a Software Developer for Red Giant, you will be at the forefront of creating advanced tools and features for visual effects and motion graphics. You will collaborate with a passionate team to enhance user experience and drive innovation.

Requirements

• •Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• •Strong programming skills in C++
• •Understanding of modern object-oriented programming paradigms
• •Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software debugging
• •Solid understanding of computer graphics and digital media workflows
• •Experience with CMake, Git version control and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• •Practical experience with macOS (Xcode) or Windows (Visual Studio) development
• •Familiarity with modern compositing and video editing software (After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.)
• •Exposure to 2D/3D content creation software, 3D game engines
• •Experience with Python, CSS/JavaScript UI or native mobile (Android, iOS)
• •Passion for creativity and media production
• •Team spirited, dependable and goal-oriented
• •Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and focus on delivering quality
• •Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• •Ability to communicate technical feature requirements and document the approach taken
