Software Developer-OCONUS(m/w/x)
In this role, you will collaborate with a Scrum team to develop innovative software solutions that enhance decision-making processes. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include coding, testing, and troubleshooting applications, while also mentoring fellow developers and ensuring seamless operations.
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship and active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
- 7+ years’ experience in software development
- Proficiency in Maven Smart Systems
- Expert-level proficiency in C#, .NET Core, Entity Framework
- Experience with Angular and/or Node.js
- Proficiency in T-SQL, relational database design
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, clean code principles
- Experience with Git, Agile methodologies, and collaborative team environments
- Understanding of DevSecOps principles and CI/CD automation
- Awareness of NIST, RMF, or other compliance/security frameworks
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
- Experience working in DoD or classified environments
Tasks
- Develop operational software packages with the Scrum team
- Support client-side and server-side application coding
- Test code for accuracy in pre-production environments
- Ensure software interoperability and completeness
- Document solutions to achieve desired results
- Provide custom application development solutions
- Enhance decision-making processes for command operations
- Utilize technologies like Maven Smart Systems and ESRI
- Work with Microsoft .Net framework, ASP.Net, and JavaScript
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to development staff
- Collaborate with product owners, DevOps engineers, and security personnel
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the technology stack
