Requirements
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 3+ years architecting AI/ML systems at scale
- Expertise in LLMs, agentic frameworks, RAG, vector databases, orchestration layers
- Strong backend engineering skills in Node.js, Python, or Go
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Deep understanding of MLOps tooling
- Aligning architecture with business strategy and measurable outcomes
- Exceptional communication skills across technical and executive audiences
- Proven mentorship and technical leadership experience
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks
- Familiarity with open-source model stacks (Llama, Mistral)
- Familiarity with commercial APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic)
- Exposure to multi-agent systems
- Exposure to long-running autonomous workflows
- Bachelor's Degree
Tasks
- Define architecture vision for GenAI and agentic systems
- Design modular, scalable systems for LLMs and RAG
- Architect agentic workflows for multi-step reasoning
- Lead technical decisions for key systems
- Build frameworks for experimentation and iteration
- Partner with teams to launch new features
- Drive scalability across inference pipelines
- Translate architecture into business impact
- Mentor senior engineers and shape standards
