- Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics and platform insights
- Adjust strategies based on data analysis
- Respond to comments, messages, and feedback
- Maintain positive engagement with followers
- Handle negative feedback and online controversies
- Protect brand reputation
- Coordinate with marketing, PR, sales, and customer service teams
- Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment
