- Experience supporting events for digital channels
- Strong understanding of social media platforms/trends
- Strong aesthetic and brand storytelling recognition

- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Analytical approach to interpret performance data
- Native German and fluent English
- Proactive, creative, and diligent
- Strong communication and social skills
- Comfortable on-site at events

Tasks
- Implement brand’s social media strategy
- Ensure consistent storytelling and engagement
- Align with broader marketing objectives
- Manage daily social media activities
- Maintain consistent tone and visual identity
- Monitor trends and suggest content opportunities
- Support content creation with agencies
- Collaborate with internal and external partners
- Optimize content based on performance insights
- Identify and manage influencer relationships
- Coordinate influencer campaigns from briefing to execution
- Track influencer campaign performance
- Support contract management and campaign logistics
- Attend brand events and launches
- Capture real-time event content
- Coordinate with event teams for digital visibility
- Manage post-event content rollout
- Translate offline campaigns to digital content
- Ensure seamless physical-to-digital integration
- Support campaign amplification across channels
- Collaborate with marketing and retail teams
- Monitor social media KPIs
- Prepare regular performance reports
- Track influencer and campaign performance
- Stay updated with platform and industry trends

- High school diploma
