Tasks

  • •Configure production assembly data
  • •Apply paste to circuit boards using the jet printer
  • •Set up and operate the SMD assembly machine
  • •Conduct visual inspections on assembled circuit boards
  • •Solder circuit boards using the vapor phase soldering oven
  • •Operate and monitor AOI systems for automatic optical inspection
  • •Assist in optimizing AOI programs
  • •Train on new component housings
  • •Actively contribute to optimizing soldering processes
