In this role, you will lead a chapter focused on enhancing supply chain capabilities, guide team members, and foster a culture of innovation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing strategies, solving complex challenges, and collaborating with various teams to drive success.

Requirements

• •University degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
• •Comprehensive expertise in Supply Chain business and technology
• •Strategic thinking and hands-on action
• •Strong leadership competence with management responsibility for up to 40 people
• •Experience in managing common standards in a complex environment
• •Experience in management of business and IT needs
• •Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
• •Very good fluency in English (written and verbal)

Tasks

• •Act as a line manager and coach for chapter members
• •Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and innovation
• •Develop strategies for future-oriented capability evolution
• •Define and enforce best practices and methodologies
• •Promote knowledge sharing across squads and chapters
• •Provide technology guidance to squads and platforms
• •Support squads in solving complex technology challenges
• •Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
• •Contribute technical expertise to roadmaps and strategies
• •Ensure optimal allocation of chapter members to squads
• •Lead recruitment and onboarding of chapter members
• •Select external partners and manage their performance
• •Support initiatives for process optimization and cost reduction
• •Collaborate with other chapter leads and senior management
• •Manage chapter from an administrative perspective
