Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Linux systems engineering, storage infrastructure, or SRE roles
  • Good understanding of RDMA, InfiniBand, and RoCE protocols
  • Strong experience with Linux MD RAID and LVM
  • Proficiency in Linux performance tuning and network stack debugging
  • Strong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, Go
  • Experience with configuration management tools such as SaltStack or Ansible, and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Loki, and Grafana
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field

Tasks

  • Participate in architecture reviews for storage infrastructure
  • Develop automation for storage provisioning and monitoring
  • Create self-healing and alerting mechanisms for storage issues
  • Implement observability for storage systems
  • Troubleshoot complex storage performance issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis for incidents
