- 7+ years Automotive Quality experience in Tier 1 manufacturing
- Leadership responsibility
- Proven JIS operations experience with OEM customers
- Strong expertise in IATF 16949
- Strong expertise in VDA 6.3
- Strong expertise in OEM customer-specific requirements
- Hands-on approach
- Structured approach

- Comfortable in high-pressure environments
- Comfortable in line-critical environments
- IATF 16949 Internal / Lead Auditor certification
- VDA 6.3 certification
- Fluent German

Tasks
- Ensure zero-defect, zero-disruption performance
- Safeguard customer assembly lines with robust escalation and crisis management
- Lead and develop the plant Quality organization
- Strengthen accountability, engagement, and performance standards
- Own plant Quality KPIs
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, VDA standards, and OEM requirements
- Lead APQP and PPAP processes
- Manage industrial launches and change management
- Drive structured problem solving (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa)
- Focus on systemic root causes and recurrence prevention
- Manage customer quality audits, escalations, and performance reviews
- Lead Supplier Quality Management
- Conduct supplier audits (VDA 6.3)
- Manage supplier escalation and development
- Ensure stable incoming quality performance
- Deploy and sustain visual quality management
