Description

As a Site Manufacturing Paint Professional, you will focus on maintaining high-quality painting processes while ensuring equipment reliability. Your role involves optimizing performance, supervising contractors, and participating in continuous improvement efforts to enhance the efficiency of the paint shop.

Requirements

• •Technical certification in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, or pneumatic fields
• •Experience with robotics and paint application processes
• •Strong knowledge of industrial paint processes and systems
• •At least 5 years’ experience maintaining large industrial equipment
• •Basic computer skills and ability to work with maintenance/production tools
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Process-oriented mindset and ability to work collaboratively
• •Fluency in German and basic English

Tasks

• •Ensure compliance with corporate, HSE, and energy requirements
• •Maintain optimal paint process parameters across the paint line
• •Implement and uphold paint process control standards
• •Stabilize and optimize painting performance metrics
• •Supervise external contractors for maintenance and cleaning services
• •Participate in continuous improvement activities
• •Plan and perform maintenance on paint area machinery and systems
• •Repair paint line equipment during downtime
• •Update paint-related process documentation
• •Support updates to the preventive maintenance plan
• •Provide training for Level 1 & 2 maintenance tasks
• •Assist colleagues with break coverage as needed
• •Lead jig/skid cleaning processes, including scheduling and quality checks
• •Ensure compliance with start-up checklists for smooth production restarts
