Tasks

  • Manage site P&L for all products and clients
  • Lead and develop operational activities for multiple products
  • Support Maersk WnD product families and value propositions
  • Provide expertise for business planning and budgeting
  • Approve policies and procedures for Area Operations
  • Set and monitor performance targets for Area Operations
  • Manage new and existing customer relationships
  • Handle contract management
  • Optimize site performance and asset utilization
  • Propose and follow up on investment opportunities
  • Execute WnD strategy in alignment with Area WnD Manager
  • Develop new customers by liaising with area sales
  • Implement site operations
  • Achieve growth targets
  • Manage product mix
  • Support tender handling
  • Expand business footprint while ensuring profitability
  • Customize and localize products within the framework
  • Provide cross-functional support to Area WnD Manager
  • Ensure HSSE and compliance adherence
  • Manage subcontractors for WnD services
  • Drive regulatory and compliance adherence
  • Maintain site security and IT standards
  • Administer site leases
  • Facilitate product, solution, and client training
  • Ensure all people and safety aspects are covered
  • Create a best place to work for employees and clients

Work Experience

  • 7 years

Education

  • Bachelor's degreeOR
  • Master's degree
