  • Define and execute CapEx strategies
  • Ensure asset reliability
  • Manage site costs
  • Control fixed costs, headcount, and maintenance CapEx
  • Interface with other business functions
  • Collaborate with Works Council and unions
  • Represent the site in town hall meetings
  • Engage with external stakeholders
