Requirements

• •Studium in Logistik, Supply Chain, Verkehrstechnik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation
• •Mindestens 3 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung
• •Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (C1-Niveau)
• •Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• •Anpassungsfähiger, vorausschauender Ansatz und Kennzahlenverständnis
• •Projekt- und kundenorientierte Denkweise
• •Erste Erfahrungen in Baustellenlogistik (vorteilhaft)
• •Proaktive Kommunikation und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
• •Teamfähigkeit, Stressresistenz und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
• •Nachgewiesene Verhandlungsfähigkeiten, Ausdauer und Durchsetzungsvermögen
• •Preferably 2-3 years of construction site experience
• •Knowledge of technical aspects and installation activities
• •Knowledge of technical documentation for land installation
• •Knowledge of drawings and basic design (plus)

• •Familiarity with basic and common software tools

Tasks

• •Coordinate production, storage, and construction site logistics
• •Manage internal and customer-facing requirements
• •Oversee subcontractors and third-party service providers
• •Develop and implement transport and storage strategies
• •Optimize planning and tracking systems for site deliveries
• •Plan and monitor heavy-load and standard shipments
• •Manage the warehouse calendar and delivery deadlines
• •Optimize multimodal and road transport routes
• •Monitor transport permits and required documentation
• •Coordinate the return of empty cable drums
• •Report logistics KPIs to internal and external stakeholders
• •Supervise pre-lay activities for power cable systems
• •Interface with civil works and cable-laying contractors
• •Record daily site activities and subcontractor performance
• •Supervise backfilling operations for quality and cable protection
• •Manage site resources, technical aspects, and HSE standards
• •Enforce site safety rules to minimize accidents
• •Support the preparation of technical method statements
• •Travel frequently between the project office and construction sites
