Requirements

  • Vocational training as an electronics technician for industrial engineering or energy and building technology, ideally supplemented by further training as a technician or master craftsman, as well as qualification as an electrician
  • Initial experience as a construction manager in energy supply and distribution, and knowledge of commissioning medium-sized power plants and low-voltage technology
  • Cross-disciplinary expertise, fluent German and English skills, and willingness to travel throughout Germany
  • Confident use of MS Office and SAP, and a structured and solution-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills, confident presentation at various levels, and a Class B driver's license

Tasks

  • Manage on-site construction activities in energy technology
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements on-site
  • Conduct regular sustainability observation tours
  • Monitor internal and external resources and suppliers
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, schedules, and cost plans
  • Process construction site correspondence
  • Participate in on-site meetings and acceptance tests
  • Implement construction, erection, testing, and commissioning activities
  • Support project manager in planning assembly schedules
  • Clarify site-related issues during the tender phase
