- Ensure occupational safety and prepare risk assessments
- Coordinate and document deviations with clients, trades, and departments
- Conduct and document safety inspections and instructions
- Optimize project implementation within set constraints
- Collaborate with trades as coordination allows
- Manage assigned construction site personnel
- Coordinate subcontractors
- Coordinate with project management
- Participate in contract management
- Ensure compliance with legal and operational regulations
