- Excellent communication skills in German and English
Tasks
- Lead a production center of over 70 employees
- Manage day-to-day operations for optimal car quality
- Scale production capacities to meet growth targets
- Build and improve local partner network relationships
- Align targets and resources with the Berlin headquarters
- Implement on-site processes and provide team training
- Execute measures to improve site performance
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement
